It is my privilege to introduce myself to you as the acting Chief Executive Officer of SDAX. While serving as the Chief Regulatory Officer and General Counsel of this company since June 2021, I have always worked closely with the team and our clients in the structuring, curating and launching of investment opportunities on our platform and I am excited to continue being a key steward to drive SDAX’s business strategies. Safeguarding the best interests of the SDAX investor community in a secure regulated environment remains a top priority as we ensure that every investment opportunity available on our platform undergoes stringent due diligence and curation.
